When you submit the contact form or the landing form we store: full name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project type, budget range, message, IP address, user-agent, and any UTM parameters coming from ad campaigns.

We do not run analytics, profiling or behavioural tracking by default. Server logs are rotated weekly with a 14-day maximum retention; IP addresses are truncated to /24 after 7 days.

Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for replying to your quote request.

Explicit consent through the required checkbox on every form — submissions without the box ticked are rejected server-side.

Leads are kept for as long as needed to handle your request or deliver the project. You can request deletion at any time.

Server logs: up to 14 days. MySQL backups: daily, 14-day retention, stored on a Hetzner Storage Box inside the EU.

You have the right of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over your data. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

The site and database are hosted on Hetzner Cloud in an EU data center (Falkenstein, Nuremberg or Helsinki). We do not transfer data outside the EU.

Email is delivered through an EU-based SMTP provider — never US-only routes.

We do not load analytics, marketing tags, third-party CDN fonts or social widgets without your consent. See the Cookie Policy.

If we ever add analytics, it will be self-hosted and cookieless (Plausible), or it will sit behind explicit consent through the banner.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Material changes that affect existing leads will be communicated by email.
